On Jan. 1/99 DAMAS A/S was taken over by SKIOLD Holding (see the press release).
Besides DAMAS the SKIOLD group also comprises a number of other companies, mainly dealing with production and sale of equipment within the agricultural sector. A survey of these companies is in the course of preparation.
