Overview LASTI LASOL LACYL LAKTA

Laboratory gravity separator LAKTA

The LAKTA is designed to separate light seeds with poor germination capacity and stones from heavy seeds, capable of geminating, of the same sort and to separate various materials of the same size, but with different specific weight.

LAKTA The LAKTA gravity separator is a solid steel construction, placed on a steel table with plastic lamination.

The sorting table is mounted in a frame system so that the slope can be adjusted in the longitudinal and transverse direction.

The inlet hopper (1) is adjustable in height for adaptation of the outlet opening to the vibrating chute (2), which is equipped with a governor (8).

The gravity separator is fitted with a variator motor (5) with thyristor control (7) for adjustment of the speed (stroke velocity), a tachometer (9) for control and a main switch (10).

Eccentric, adjustable for regulation of the length of stroke.

Fan for blow-through air is equipped with air suction channel with netting at the air intake and air suction regulator (6).

The machine is supplied with 5 collecting drawers (11).

Function

The raw material, filled into the hopper (1), is fed to the required capacity by a vibrating chute (2), which delivers the raw material into the inlet (3) of the table.

If the adjustment of the gravity separator is correct, the material will distribute itself evenly over the entire table by the forward and backward movement of the table and by an adjustable air stream passing through the material.

The material will separate in well defined light and heavy parts.

The separated material falls out over the edge of the table to be collected through the outlet hoppers in collecting drawers (11).
