DAMAS A/S has started to cooperate with A-MECS - the leading manufacturer of colour sorters in Korea.

DAMAS A/S has been entrusted with the distribution of colour sorters, manufactured by A-MECS. Together with A-MECS’ other offices and agents (31 countries) DAMAS A/S has a widespread international network to draw on, in connection with the future sale in Europe.

Full focus on synergies and a much closer cooperation between the companies of the group shall empower Skiold to become one of the leading suppliers internationally of technical solutions for grain handling, feed production, and pig production.

Skiold, known internationally for machinery and plants for production of feed and for equipment for pig production, will now improve the competitiveness substantially – on the international arena. 

With the newly developed DamWatch^® system DAMAS have launched a computer system, specially designed for monitoring and controlling machines within the grain cleaning sector.

The system is able to monitor:

• Temperature
• Burst
• Wear and tear
• Speed
• Filling

With this system the operators are able to plan the service to keep the cleaning machine in operation.

DAMAS have succeeded in selling, projecting and installing a seed plant with a capacity of 10 t/h based on wheat. The plant was installed this summer 2010 and is now in operation.

The plant consists of:

• Intake and precleaning, SIGMA 754
• Fine cleaner OMEGA 241
• Indented cylinder HOTYP 930 A2
• Table separator SB
• Seed Treaters
• Conveying equipment
• Big-Bag outloading
• Control panel and elec. control

DAMAS A/S have succeeded in selling and installing a seed plant with a capacity of 10 t/h based on wheat. The complete installation consists of fine cleaner - indented cylinders - gravity separator - weighing equipment, and dust aspiration system.

The plant was delivered and put into operation at the beginning of 2009.

DAMAS A/S have sold a complete plant for the cleaning and grading of grass seed to the company Barenbrug in Holland.

The installation of the euipment was commenced in January 2009, and the plant was put into operation  in July 2009. The capacity of the plant is 3.5 t/h grass seed.

The plant consists of:

• Intake for truck
• Buffer silos (4 x 90 m³)
• Box filling
• Pre- and fine cleaning
• Grading (indented cylinders)
• Screen machine
• Big-Bag and box filling
